1. processing method

Dry sanding: the stainless steel belt is directly polished with abrasive belt without any grinding fluid or lubricant. The equipment is simple and the cost is low, but more heat and dust are generated in the grinding process, which will affect the surface quality and working environment.
Wet sanding: grinding fluid needs to be sprayed during the grinding process, which is divided into water mill and oil mill. The grinding fluid of water mill is water, which has low cost, good cooling and cleaning effect, but poor rust prevention performance; The grinding fluid of oil mill is oil, and the grain is finer than that of water. It has good rust prevention performance, but the cost is high and cleaning is troublesome.

Uncoiling: install the stainless steel coil on the uncoiling equipment and unfold it slowly to prepare for subsequent processing.
Snow sand machine treatment: use snow sand equipment to preliminarily grind the stainless steel surface to remove the oxide scale, dirt and other impurities on the surface and make the surface more flat.
Wire drawing: select the appropriate mesh of abrasive belt according to the demand, and grind the surface of stainless steel coil through the abrasive belt rotating at high speed to form regular stripes.
Cleaning and drying machine treatment: clean the frosted stainless steel roll with clean water or special cleaning solution to remove the residual grinding debris, oil and other impurities on the surface, and then dry it through the dryer.
